Group Proposes Downtown Harrisonburg Culinary District

City of Harrisonburg
“A local organization wants to embrace the agriculture and food related heritage in the Valley. Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance wants city council to designate an area as a culinary district. The proposed district would run from West Grace Street to West Washington Street and from North Liberty Street to North Mason Street. Bella Luna would be one of more than 30 restaurants part of the Downtown Culinary District.

Eddie Bumbaugh, the Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance director, said the culinary designation would be a way to market the downtown area.”
